Welcome to the Rezerve platform (rezerve.online). By using this website and platform services, you agree to the terms of use set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on or visiting the Rezerve platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice, which form an integral part of these terms.

2. Service Description and Pricing

Rezerve is an online booking, calendar, staff and customer management platform for service businesses.

Trial and Subscription: Rezerve offers a 15-day free trial from the date of registration. After the trial period, the service is subject to a 599₺/month subscription fee. No per-booking commission or hidden fees are charged.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Access is restricted at the end of the cancelled period; no refunds are given for used periods.
Account Deletion: You may close or delete your account and data at any time from the platform dashboard.

3. User Responsibilities and Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You agree not to attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

4. Data Ownership and Export

All booking, customer and business data you enter into the platform belongs entirely to you. Rezerve does not own, sell or share your data. You may export your data in standard formats (.csv, .json) at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rezerve does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the platform "as is". Rezerve cannot be held liable, within the limits of applicable law, for direct or indirect damages arising from technical failures, connectivity issues or data loss. We take regular backups to protect your data.

6. Changes

Rezerve reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
